Bubba Loves Cheesecake
Our staff reporter Bubba Wilson went down to Ms. Poss’ Nutrition and Wellness class to try some of their food, February 5th. After some evaluating, Bubba has come up with a critique on the cheesecake.
“The presentation was pretty decent. Sydney’s cheesecake looked very appetizing and had a nice appeal,” said Bubba. “Chaz’s on the other hand was semi burnt and resembled a soup with a crunchy layer of croutons on the top.”
“The taste of Sydney’s was pretty good but there was an overwhelming taste of vanilla, but Chaz’s tasted as good as it looked,” commented Bubba. “I only got to try Chaz and Sydney’s because the others were still cooking when I went down there.”
“Both cheesecakes were made from scratch, baked in an oven around 300 degrees, I’m not for sure. Cheesecake typically has to be cooled completely before eaten, but because it wasn’t chilled first explains some of the soupiness. Both seemed fairly difficult to make but each had its own qualities to make them special. I appreciate everyone for taking on what seems like a difficult task to make a cheesecake from scratch,” finished Bubba.
Bubba will be returning to Ms. Poss’ class in the near future to sample some more unique and creative dishes.
